3. Please be sure to have your equipment - microphone and web cam - in working order at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled session.

4. Please be prompt for your scheduled appointment. I place a tremendous amount of value your on your time, please be kind enough to extend the same courtesy.

1. Commit to go through this program with 100 percent, total commitment.
You will get out of it what you put into it.

2. Make the decision to change your life for the better.
Then, use the tools provided in our program to get where you want to go. They will work, if you decide to work them.

3. Take action. In order to make a change in your life, you have to actually do something with the training and techniques we provide you. Take responsibility for your own life and your own results. Those who apply our coaching out in the real world get fast, measurable results.

4. Complete each exercise. This will help you to integrate the information and make change happen in your life much faster then ever before.

5. Keep your journal with you while you are doing each session. When you take notes and listen actively, it is much easier to retain (and actually use) what you learn.
